I don't think they do Health & Safety in Spain! We saw little kids aged about 4/5 with plastic carrier bags full of fireworks setting off bangers in the middle of the very busy main street while their Dad looked on in amusement! They were dropping them down grids, putting them under Coke cans, throwing them at people - just like we used to do in the good old days!
